J'ai un Macbook Pro 10,1 (mi 2012) fonctionnant sous la version 10.10.2. Au cours des derniers mois, j'ai eu des problèmes avec le système se suspendant soudainement - la souris ne bouge pas, le clavier ne fait rien, et l'horloge est arrêtée. Je dois maintenir le bouton d'alimentation enfoncé et redémarrer l'ordinateur lorsque cela se produit.
J'ai connu ces blocages de manière quotidienne ou hebdomadaire. Il n'y a aucune action cohérente qui reproduit le gel à la demande. À un moment donné au cours des derniers mois, j'ai abandonné Chrome pour Safari comme navigateur principal, car l'autonomie de la batterie semble bien meilleure avec Safari. Au cours de la semaine dernière, j'ai réalisé un projet qui dépend de Chrome, et je n'ai donc pas utilisé Safari, et je n'ai eu aucun blocage. Rétrospectivement, je pense que les blocages ont commencé à se produire lorsque j'ai commencé à utiliser Safari régulièrement.
Je préférerais ne pas avoir à choisir entre utiliser Safari et avoir un système stable. Quelqu'un connaît-il des problèmes comme celui que je rencontre ? Avez-vous des suggestions pour résoudre le problème ?

J'ai enregistré les journaux de la console entourant l'un de ces blocages. Lorsque l'ordinateur s'est figé, Safari était l'application la plus utilisée et je faisais défiler une page avec deux doigts sur le trackpad. J'ai ensuite maintenu manuellement la touche d'alimentation enfoncée pour redémarrer.
