J'ai un MacBook Pro 15" de 2015 avec les caractéristiques suivantes enter image description here Dernièrement, mon Mac ne se réveille pas de sa veille et je dois l'éteindre de force. Lorsque je rallume mon Mac, il ne démarre pas (le clavier et l'écran ne s'allument pas du tout mais mon clavier externe est alimenté). Après avoir appuyé plusieurs fois sur le bouton d'alimentation, mon Mac a démarré et le message suivant est apparu

J'ai lu le message mais je n'ai toujours aucune idée de la cause du problème :/. Une idée de la raison pour laquelle cela continue à se produire ?

Il y a deux possibilités : un problème de logiciel ou un problème de matériel.

Tout d'abord, vous devez identifier ou exclure les problèmes logiciels. Vérifiez que tous les logiciels tiers, en particulier ceux qui exécutent des agents de lancement ou des démons de lancement en arrière-plan, sont compatibles et à jour.
Je recommande EtreCheck comme un utilitaire utile qui vous donnera un rapport utile des choses installées sur votre Mac qui peuvent avoir un effet sur le fonctionnement normal.

Vous pouvez vérifier si le problème se produit en mode de démarrage sans échec.

Vous pouvez également vérifier si le problème se produit dans un tout nouveau compte d'utilisateur : si tout fonctionne correctement, vous savez alors que la cause est un élément configuré ou lancé dans votre compte d'utilisateur d'origine.

Vous pouvez également tester le démarrage à partir d'un système d'exploitation propre, sur un disque externe. Si vous obtenez le même résultat, il s'agira alors d'un problème matériel.
