Je viens de passer à Mavericks (10.9.2) et après des années d'utilisation de l'application MacPorts J'ai décidé d'utiliser Homebrew . J'ai réussi à installer Homebrew, mais brew doctor s'affiche :
brew doctor

/usr/local/lib/libtcl8.6.dylib

Tous ces éléments proviennent de R.app, de l'application Site web spécifique à OSX . Maintenant, je préfère utiliser la version standard de R.app plutôt que la version Homebrew (pour un certain nombre de raisons personnelles). Puis-je ignorer ces avertissements ou y aura-t-il un problème ?
